Terry came through at the last minute when I needed my home to be cleaned and presented for a photoshoot. It was her day off and she made arrangements to help me out. Very dependable!

So glad I decided to try 11 Women and a Bucket! Terri was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly, came to my house on time, and was very professional. Great quality cleaning for an affordable price. She was careful and thorough and checked off everything on my cleaning list. She was also very receptive to feedback. Very happy with her work -- I'll be calling her back soon :)
