IC Care goes the extra mile to assess each and every client's needs. IC Care takes the time to select a Care Companion who will be best suited for the client and their family before sending just anyone in to take care of the client.
The nurse knows each client like the back of her hand and monitors the daily operation of every aspect of care to ensure the clients are receiving a great level of care.
IC Care also goes above and beyond to help Veterans and their spouses with discounted rates for those individuals or by helping them to obtain funds to pay for in-home care.

POOR When the aide comes to the patients house and the patient does not answer the door they leave without checking out the situation.... after their supervisor tells them.

Started with IC Care late summer of 2014 and care was wonderful. Starting April of 2015 the management has been awful!! Rude and condescending everytime I call. No desire to listen to any concerns.
