Should have read the reviews before I okayed the appointment but thought I was getting the service through Angi so I never checked. Ricardo came in saying that deep cleaning is what was needed and he needed to go get masks and gloves and wanted to renegotiate the price we agreed to - This should have been my red flag but they had me waiting for 1 1/2 hours so I figured let's get it over with!!! I had to provide gloves and masks and apparently paper towels and sponges as they came without. My countertop felt grimy after they were done. I was showing them crust still on my stove grill and the kitchen floor looked just as dirty. The faucets in the bathroom were not cleaned. I'm showing them grime by my shower glass door; another glass shower door still had soap scum and so did the shower stall and floor. When I dared to complain, he retorted I wanted a new stove and bathrooms and complaining I was picking on "the little things.". This is not a cleaning company! These are scammers who do the bare minimum for people's hard earned money and time, not to mention supplies!!!!! Lesson learned- if red flags go off from jump, call the whole job off!

RICKY IS A CON MAN AMD STOLE $1,500 from me AND REFUSES TO RETURN IT FOR MAKING RENOVATIONS IN MY HOME THAT ALL FAILED INSPECTIONS! THE CLEANING SERVICE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! THEY DESTROYED MY BELONGINGS and NEVER OFFERED TO REPLACE ANYTHING THEY DAMAGED! SHAMEFUL AND I AM REPORTING TO THE BBB so, BEWARE! ZERO RATING BUT IT MADE ME PUT A STAR TO SUBMIT!

STAY AWAY!!! TERRIBLE!!!
AMAZON HOME SERVICES booked House Pro for a sofa removal (not couch) and Ricardo showed up ALONE and refused to remove my sofabed. He said he doesn't remove sofabeds. Furthermore, he deleted my confirmed appointment on Amazon so that the order would no longer be visible/accessible and so I would not be able to leave a negative review. WOW.....SOUNDS LIKE GUILT TO ME!
If this was an honest company, I would have been able to express my dissatisfaction and his unprofessional demeanor.
