Hope and Kim were a great team to have come clean my house, I would highly recommend them! I was sad to stop having them come when I moved. They were dependable, communicated well, were flexible, and I didn't worry at all having them there when I wasn't home.

We have had this team clean our home 4 or 5 times. We were happy with the cleaning, but the customer service not so much. After 2 cleanings we got bumped from our originally agreed upon day and time and they wanted to raise the price. Although we were disappointed we were flexible and agreed on a new date and time, and then agreed to hold the price temporarily with accepting a new cleaner they were adding to their team. We were happy with this new arrangement, but the 2nd time the new cleaner was supposed to clean our house no one showed up! I had sent a text that morning to confirm, no response. When our time slot came and went I called and sent another text only to hear hours later that the new girl was out for at least 6 weeks due to a surgery and the original team didn't have time to clean for us. Disappointing as I liked both ladies and thought they did a nice job, but unfortunately after being bumped, knowing they wanted to raise the price, being passed off to a new team member, no one showing up for our scheduled cleaning or communication about no one showing up we will no longer be using this team.

I found them on Thumbtack and hired them off that site. Out of all the cleaners I reached out to on Thumbtack Kim & Hope were the only ones to respond and they responded quickly. They even fit me into their schedule within a few days after our first contact. They used clean cleaners to clean my house which was a plus. They even used a cleaner I've been interested in trying and it worked wonders on my dark hardwood floors. My floors are a nightmare to clean. I couldn't have been happier with how they looked. I told them they didn't have to worry about straightening my dining room table. But Hope did and did a better job than I would have done!!! They moved my kids toys to clean the floors & carpets. They did an amazing job!!! Both Kim & Hope were very super friendly. Can't wait to have them come out & clean again!! My house smell amazing after they left. My neighbor came over to check out how Kim & Hope did and she was very impressed!!

Hope and Kim have been cleaning my house for a couple of months, bi-weekly. They then told me that my house was too far for them, but it is within the 20 mile radius they have posted here. The cleaning was ok, but could have been better/more efficient.

I just hired Hope and Kim so they have been to my house once. They did a spectacular job. I've been dealing with problematic people for a while and so it a breath of fresh air to finally hire these women. They work hard, pay attention to the little things and listen to me.

One of the girls is pleasant, a really great cleaner that listens and takes direction. The other girl not so much.

These women are beyond my expectations. They are thorough, efficient and detail oriented. They go beyond surfacing cleaning and help you come home to an organized house. By far, the best I have had in 10 years of using house cleaners off and on. You won't be disappointed!

If you want: hard workers, that hustle, LISTEN to what you want, don't talk/ just work and can really get a house clean - these two Ladies fit the bill!
- I am very tough in my expectations and Hope & Kim keep striving to reach these levels every time they clean. This is really something!
Their business is new but I can guarantee their schedule won't having openings for long! Grab them while you can. I'm thankful I found them!
