The HomeWerks Home Care team looked after my 89-year-old mother when I had to travel for work. Although she's self-sufficient, it was comforting to know someone checked in on her daily and helped out with meal preparation. She thoroughly enjoyed the company of the home care workers who helped out!

Paula and her team provided great comfort to my mother when she needed it most. She had been somewhat resistant to have folks she didn't know spending time with her during her final days. All of the providers were so kind that they won her over.

Our family has used Homewerks on numerous occasions for my parents at different phases of their aging process. They were there when my parents just needed extra help, they were there when my parents were sick, and they were there to help us when we had to call in hospice. I always felt like they listened to my needs and concerns, and I will use them in an instant if the need again arises.

After working with several other "highly-rated" caregiving services, I was fortunate to find the help and peace of mind I needed via HomeWerks Home Care. The owners were always available and responsive. They handled the ever changing needs that frequently occur in caregiving. I found their team to be reliable, responsive and consistent - they followed my desires for a care plan, not their care plan. The communication was excellent as was their record keeping. If you need a private caregiver, I strongly recommend you consider HomeWerks.

This is an awesome company if you are in need of caregivers for your family. The owners, scheduling manager, billing and most impoartantly the caregivers are absolutely fantastic. They helped us navigate new territory with my aging, sick father and were a huge resource to us. Paula and team are the best. We tried another agency and were not pleased at all but what a jewel we found with Homewerks! Thank you so much for your love and care you showed our family during such a difficult time.

HomeWerks Home Care is a family. From this we knew our loved one would be cared for like family. It was evident from the start in the way the caregivers connected with owner Paula that they shared as a team in the care of our 91 year-old aunt. We knew she was in good hands with the attention each caregiver gave her while on duty and then shift changes making sure all details of care were covered. It felt like much more than a job for them in the way they tended to our aunt and her needs in her home. Our family found ourselves connecting with Paula and her staff like friends. They genuinely cared for our aunt with kindness, tenderness and sensitivity. She grew very fond of each caregiver feeling their trust and comfort. We are grateful for Paula, her staff scheduler, and RN for the medical and professional check ins, visits and guidance. We felt held by them as well as the daily team of caregivers who gave their care and compassion around the clock. Thank you Paula and Tom Werks for giving our family peace of mind in the love and care of our beloved aunt. Paula and her entire staff were such a blessing to our family! They provided such loving care for our parents. My father has Alzheimer's, and my mother was a hospice patient, so we had two extremely different needs. The caregivers were very adaptable, and no one went lacking. They worked well with the hospice nurses and kept everyone apprised of any changes. During and after my mother's passing, their care and compassion was such a comfort to all of us. We are forever grateful to Paula and the HomeWerks team.

Premier home health care is spot on! I should be so lucky to be taken care of by such profoundly good people as the caregivers and staff at HomeWerks. I can't say enough good things about HomeWerks. They were there when my mom needed them after her knee surgery. They were very flexible with schedule. My mother was amazed at how attentive all the care givers were.
I stopped by many times and talked with all the care givers and they were very nice and helpful -always asking how else they could help.
I strongly recommend HomeWerks to anyone that is looking for home care for a loved one.

HomeWerks helped care for my mother on2 separate occasions- years ago and most recently this past spring until her passing in June of this year. Hired Paula and her HomeWerks team to look after both my parents during the day. That expanded to 24 hour care. Great more than qualified people that take there profession personally. They are amazing!

HomeWerks came to us when we were unsure where to turn for the supportive care our mother needed. Paula was immediately at my Mom's apartment to do the intake work and get things lined up. The aides who have been with my mother since are friendly, professional and so well trained. I can't imagine being without the wonderful support of this amazing group of people!

Paula Werk and HomeWerks Home Care were great partners in caring for our parents. Paula personally assisted with our family care needs helping to arrange and customize support week to week. Through HomeWerks our parents received care from skilled, experienced, and compassionate CNAs and RNs. Many people will tell you that all home health care agencies are the same. THEY ARE NOT!! HomeWerks is definitely one of the best in Raleigh, mainly because the owner is actively involved in the day-to-day activities. She takes pride in providing well trained CNAs that are professionally vetted, licensed and insured. I live in CA, and feel completely secure with the assistance my mother is getting in Raleigh. After looking at other agencies, I can say that HomeWerks provides the best service in Raleigh.

Paula and her staff worked tirelessly with my family to provide care for my elderly parents. When faced with the need for elder care, there are many choices. But to think you can place a parent or loved one in a skilled care environment and assume all is well is misguided. Your loved ones must have an advocate who listens to their needs and provides the compasionate care required. It is a tiring and emotionally exhausting experience for family members. Having HomeWerks provide services and care is not only beneficial for times when you can't be there for your loved ones but also it takes an emotional load off your mind. When you absolutely know people are with your loved ones who can appropriately care for them, you can relax more and enjoy the little time you may have left with your loved ones. My family worked with Homwerks for close to ten years and we have nothing but praise for their staff and quality of care.

Paula and her team were invaluable to our family during the extended illness of both parents. We simply would not have been able to manage without Homewerks. Paula provided doctors, helped with hospitalizations, Hospice, and clearing out the home. Just everything! I will be forever grateful for Paula and the staff that cared for both of my parents.

Homewerks sent us a group of homecare professionals, caring and experienced, to help take care of my husband. I knew that he was in good hands at every moment of the day and night and it eased the difficulty of having a loved one helpless with a progressing disease.
