This company is a joke. The alleged owner don't even have an office space or a legit office phone. He rents conference rooms to conduct orienitaion and conduct interviews. This company is not 100.

My experience with Homeality was super. The owner worked really hard to keep me with work. He was honest with me and when my patient passed, he keep in contact with me until another one came available.

Homeality took care of my mother, we could have not hired a better company. They made everything so easy. I do not know what I would have done without them! I recommend this company to anyone looking for care needs! They are very professional and know how to please their clients.

The owner of this business does not treat his caregivers or his clients right.
He makes caregivers drive 40 miles each way to get to a clients home and then pays them $20 for three days of driving (a total of 240 miles ). When the caregiver tries to talk to him about it, him and his wife get angry and take all work away from the caregiver.
There were three caregivers caring for an elderly man who was getting ready to go into a facility. The man's wife let the caregivers know what was going on two weeks before, but, the owner of Homeality did not tell the caregivers until their last day of work, and then did not have any other work set up for them. One of the caregivers got a better job elsewhere that provides sick days, paid vacation, 401K, and all the benefits. She called and told the owner that her last day with that client would be her last day with the business. When she got to work that day (40 miles away ) she could not clock in. She called the owner and he told her to go home, that they had stopped services with that client. The problem was that he wasn't only messing with the caregiver, he was also messing with the client because, they needed the help that night, and they had already prepaid.
Another thing to think about is that this man goes around to all of his clients homes with their bills and has them pay immediately instead of sending out an invoice like his contracts say. His reasoning is because he needs it in order to make payroll.
Getting involved with Homeality as a caregiver or a client is like walking on fire. DON'T DO IT!
