Home Helpers is a national non-medical home care company with over 500 offices nationwide. Our North Hills office opened in 2003 and has been serving the Pittsburgh and Surrounding Areas for the past fourteen years. Our commitment to excellence has helped us to become one of the premier providers of non-medical home care services in the Pittsburgh area.
Our carefully selected staff of caregivers can provide non-medical homemaker, personal care and companionship services for our clients. Home Helpers addresses the needs of local residents with personalized, non-medical care which can include any or all of the following:
*Companionship.
*Personal Care (Bathing, Dressing, Toileting).
*Light Housekeeping.
*Meal Preparation.
*Transportation to Appointments.
*Shopping/Errand Services.

Our dedicated caregivers are supervised by two Client Care Coordinators who are on-call 24/7 to handle any issues and to fill in when necessary. (We always cover our shifts.) In addition to seniors, our services are also suitable for those recuperating from injury or illness, new and expectant mothers, individuals requiring continued care and for busy professionals. Our services can be tailored to meet the client's individual needs and can be adjusted when necessary.
At Home Helpers, we provide a free in-home consultation where we assess the needs of the client and further discuss the services we offer. We then match the client with a caregiver that is best suited for their individual needs, not just the next person on the list. If the client is dissatisfied with the caregiver for any reason, we will not hesitate to find someone more suitable. Our number one priority is complete client satisfaction.
Our staff places as a high priority on both hiring caregivers and developing client care plans. Our goal is to match the caregiver's skill and personality with our client's need. All of our caregivers are:
