With concierge level service we have been providing quality caregivers, CNA's, LVN's and RN's for in-home care, post-surgical assistance, respite care and as hospital sitters throughout San Diego, La Jolla, Ranch Santa Fe, and Del Mar since 2002. As a privately held, physician directed home care agency our focus is person-centered and the service we provide is always tailored to meet the specific needs of our client and the wishes of the family.
Our approach to in-home care references best practices, the most stringent standards of private nursing, caregiving and hiring, and a cutting-edge Alzheimer and Dementia care. Private-pay in-home care provides the best environment for aging. A very well run agency. Their office staff are top notch and so far all of our caregivers have been exceptional. This is our third agency in San Diego and by far the best. We have also used agencies in San Francisco for my in laws parents and this is the first review I've written because this agency is the first to be deserving of such high praise. I would highly recommend Home Care of La Jolla if you are in San Diego. We are in the north county coastal area and very happy with the people they have sent.

What a wonderful agency in so many respects! I was feeling overwhelmed by the whole process because we had not planned on needing a home care agency just yet but after a fall my father needed care immediately.
I was referred to Home Care of La Jolla by a doctor at Scripps Hospital and my expectations were truly exceeded. They were able to send us great caregivers within the day and were a wealth of information.
I learned so much from them about different levels of care, hiring privately and what that entails, and in speaking with them gained perspective on my situation and what the path ahead looks like for our family.
They are exceptional and highly professional and I recommend you give them a call.
