Additionally our activities based, one-on-one, non-pharmacological Cognitive Therapeutics Method works with seniors on their five cognitive domains to maintain strong neuroplasticity and help delay the onset of dementia and Alzheimer s disease. Tom, Stacy and staff thank you! From the moment we made contact these folks where working hard to assist. From starting the paperwork process to providing true caregivers they made it all happen fast. We where uncertain how much coverage we would need while our mom transitioned to rehab, but they found the help and scheduled out a week ahead of time. May not seem like much until you know you have that piece in place for your loved one and that weight is lifted! Will not hesitate to work with them and their caregivers again. I think our mom was more excited to see the caregivers than us most days Thank you!!!

To Whom It May Concern,

We hired Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington to assist with non-medical home care needs while my wife was away tending to a family matter. All the caregivers were wonderful as they provided me with companionship, prepared healthy home cooked dinners in line with my diabetic diet, and provided transportation and assistance to doctor's visits.

Caregivers Mike B. and Blandine were extremely conscientious during the night shift, checking on me via a voice monitor anytime they heard a strange noise in the house. Caregiver Casey had an especially sharp eye during my medication reminders and was able to sneak in flax meal to my dinners with a skilled touch.

Owners Tom and Stacy Lee kept things in tight order by providing transportation to and from the airport for my wife, installing a piece of insulation where needed to keep out a draft, adding salt to the water tank and shoveling snow after a snowstorm to provide safe footage for people coming and going. The concierge service included the Client Care Manager always on call for backup support, providing Cognitive Therapeutics to help keep me mentally sharp, and picking up prescriptions when needed. When an unplanned visit to the ER occurred after same day surgery, she stayed with me in the ER for 4 hours acting as my advocate providing pertinent information to the medical staff, bringing in newly prescribed medication from home to stay on schedule and assisted me with eating and drinking until I regained my strength.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington to anyone considering non medical in home senior care. I am grateful for the service they provided.
