Holiday House Spa is our new luxury pet grooming salon conveniently located in the heart of Doylestown.
Free Puppy Social Hour every Thursday at 7:30pm at the resort.

We are home from vacation and the dogs are now home safe with us. I will write more later but I will never EVER recommend boarding any animal at Holiday House Pet Resort. Avoid them at all costs!! Please share to help get the word out!
The level of unprofessionalism and disregard from the management staff and owners - who are VETS!!! - is absolutely unbelievable. Thank God we have every thing documented from the day I called to get info on boarding our dogs through picking them up just now. And thank God for having insider info regarding our dogs care from connections at both the resort AND Doylestown Veterinary Hospital. And on top of all it, Dr. Ransome Weis - the one owner - insinuated we didn't know our dogs or even dogs in general. Seriously???!!!! I spend every single day all year long with dogs...our own, foster dogs, shelter dogs, volunteering at free vet clinics here in the US and out of the country, etc...
Our 2 girls are reactive to each other when placed in stressful situations. Holiday House reassured me when I called to get boarding info, at the time of reservation, and when my husband dropped them off - they would never come in contact with each other while they were there. This is why I did not add on any additional services/walks - I wanted to assure our girls would be safe! (Dear Dr Weis - we are still waiting to hear the "telephone tapes" you have from when I reserved our dogs boarding...it will help prove our point!)
Please share and please do not use them. If you need boarding info - I will gladly help you find a solution that is NOT Holiday House. I'm not one to blast a business, especially an animal related one, but I don't want any other family to have to deal with the same BS and stress we have gone through the past few days.
I will be typing it all out and posting in a blog over the next couple of days and will be sharing the hell out of it.
