What a mess Sarah Bond is. Like the others stated, she starts off ok. And then morphs into an irresponsible drama queen, just full of excuses and sloppy. I own 2 condos in the Bradenton area that are vacation rentals. There is a relatively high turnover. Let's see, let's start with the most recent disasters. Sarah put wet towels in the closet because she didn't feel like waiting for them to dry. She didn't wash the bedding on two of the beds and the guest found hair. Dirty oven when guest opened it to cook something. Sarah left the patio doors open, making my guests feel unsafe when they checked in after 9pm. Thank goodness no one nor animals came in. Leaving her food garbage on the kitchen counter instead of disposing of it. Leaving the beds without a duvet cover, just the inside on the bed. She turned my white towels into dirty, dingy stained towels. Their was a food odor from previous guests, so instead of doing something about it, she did nothing. When guest checked in they complained and she went back with sprays. How about doing your job from the get go? Final straw was telling me 20 minutes before a guest checkin to find someone else. She was a no show using some BS story that she was in ER for her son for 18 hours to diagnose and ear infection. Really, it takes a professional 18 hours to diagnose something so simple and routine? Then another time her car broke down. And then it was she and her husband were separating. Can't imagine why he left her? I sent her new linens via Amazon and she kept them and did not return them to me. And she has my other linens, bed spreads that she kept from me. Steer clear from this woman, there are so many better cleaning services out there. Always had an excuse for something. Totally unprofessional. Do not use her!!!! She'll ruin your business. So, Sarah, am I making anything up or exaggerating, here?
