This is the worst experience in a small business i have ever had!! I had her clean my house to help do the cleanings in between me cleaning and it was nothing but a disaster and a complete ripoff!!! She left a dirty rag on my floor and my windows had fingerprints all over them!! She never even swept or vacuumed my floor even though she said she did!! I paid for her to be here hour and half and she was only here an hour and when i talked to her about my frustrations she just said she did the work even though she did not!! She does not guarantee her work like her website says, she never even offered to come back to do a better job! I waited the two weeks to see how she was going to handle the situation and like i knew she would very unprofessionally she just never showed up!! I would NEVER recommend her to do anything, she totally ripped me off!!!
