I am of the opinion that most people in our society would agree that the definition of being unreliable is to be grossly late or not showing up at all. Due to the defamatory remarks above, we feel the need to respond to this review.

Yes, the cleaner was early, approximately 5-10 minutes early. Is it not better to be slightly early than late? The cleaner knocked, waited a reasonable amount of time for an answer and when there was no response, she called the cell phone number this person provided. She received no response nor did she have the ability to leave a voice message. After returning this potential client's phone call to Helping Hands to explain the facts as we knew them, the level of anger was grossly heightened - yelling, name calling, etc. Normally, we would have offered to reschedule the appointment to another day. However, due to the level of anger voiced by this person, we made a business decision not to have an ongoing business relationship. We value our current and growing team of cleaners and would never expose those affiliated with Helping Hands to the level of verbal abuse I, as the owner of Helping Hands, received for being a bit early to an appointment. I can only imagine what emotional level this person would rise to had a cleaner been late.

Could it be that this person's clock was not synced with the clock of the cleaner......we do live in a democracy..... and I am confident that whoever reads my response would agree that there are 2 sides to every story.Our mission is and has always been....."custom home cleaning with integrity and reliability. We are growing strong with 100 plus active clients and are confident that one bad review will not taint our credibility now or in the future.

I sincerely wish this individual good fortune in finding cleaning assistance for her and her child.
