I have had sheramie and her team work with our family member and still does amazing job. I have to applaud your company and the girls Caitlin, holly, Debra for the amazing work you all do, cleaning, bathing, changing,light duties, and many more. If you haven't called you need to do so great prices and the best care providers ever and we have been through so many and I am glad we finally found you guys over 5 star

I had trouble keeping caregivers and finding the right person to care for my parents, until I found Helping hands home healthcare they have been so wonderful to our family. They are all so kind and caring, always on time and well trained. The girls always go over and beyond for our parents. If the lady that cares for my parents is sick or something comes up Mrs. Sheramie or her assistant always have a back up caregiver. We all can truly say we recomend this company over any company we have been with or spoke to. There prices are great and most of all the passion they have showed or family is most important. If it wasn't for this amazing company my grandmother would have already found herself in a nursing home. She has dementia and, love her as we do, the woman can be a real witch on her bad days. Her care had become too taxing mentally for our family to bare but the thought of sending her to a nursing home was equally unbearable. Helping Hands spared her the hospital meals and pee smell with their expertise in handling my Noi's care. Now the family's time spent with our matriarch isn't wasted with arguing if she has taken her medicine or washed her hair.

Sheramie and the girls were nice. My mother love to braid people's hair and the girls would always oblige and showed amazing companionship with her. It was a life savor because I work all the time and my mother never had a daughter.

Always on time and worked with my schedule! My grandmother loved her nurse and even got to choose which nurse she got! Very affordable too, as I am the only one paying and they worked with me every step of the way!

I researched many homecare sites in Houston for the best company to take care of my parents in their old age (stroke and dementia patients) and Helping Hands Home Healthcare came out on top. Not only do they have very reasonable prices, but the owner, Sheramie , is always available to work with you to make any adjustments required on a moments notice. I also feel comfortable knowing that Sheramie is an experienced RN and is always available to answer any questions which you may have.

Helping Hands is true to their name. They will help in any way they can. Very dependable, friendly, and caring staff. With this company I know my mom is still being taking care of without any worries of someone not able to show up due to their personal problems that may come up. Where a private care giver won't have someone available if he or she can't make it that day or days. Which I ran into that problem before I had Helping Hands Home healthcare take care of my mom. Now I don't have to worry about that call saying the care giver can't make it today. So if you are looking for a dependable company for your love ones. Helping Hands Home healthcare is the numble to call.
