This company came highly recommended, however, we unfortunately learned they employ nurses/caretakers who take advantage of those they are caring for -- absolutely horrible and unacceptable. Nurse/Caretaker Jo Ann stole and used credit card information, as well as opened a loan in my father's name (which was confirmed via Experian and the creditor). After suspecting that it was the nurse that was in fact stealing credit card information (prior to even uncovering the loan situation), we let the company go, to which they are supposed to return the initial deposit funds within 30 days. It has been near or over 60 days now at this point and the deposit has not been returned and no one returns phone calls from the office or hardly answers the office line. Beware and steer clear!

The women who work for this company go above and beyond. They cared for my mom at end of life and showed her so much love and compassion I could never thank them enough
