I've had mostly good experience with this place. They need to get with times and allow credit cards. This is my only complaint (or constructive critisism). I only ask that they be careful not to pull hair on the knots or cut my dogs. I've been going here for years and it's only happened a few times. Just a reminder to be careful!
They can easily setup a PayPal account and buy a $35 card swipe and chip reader and they are set. So they get a small fee for credit cards use, but they can pass that on to their customers as a convenience fee. PayPal can link up with their bank for deposits and withdrawls.
