I am writing to you because I would like it very much if your employee and our caregiver receive commendation for a heroic act he gave to my father, LynHoas. As you know, my dad had a devastating stroke that left him unable to speak, talk took his right side ability to function. He has the condition of dysphagia that causes him to not be able to chew or swallow properly. We and the caregiver from happyquest, make sure all of his food is cut into small pieces. However, due to my dad's condition and shape of his mouth, food gets "pocketed" in other crevices of his mouth and some time it will all clump together in one big wad that he swallow. This happened today. The caregiver is constantly with him and jumped to action immediately providing the Heimlich maneuver. As well as have 911 on the line, he continued to administer this procedure and was able to dislodge the obstructed food that was choking my father. He saved my dad's life. And I would just like to add another personal note to this....just last week, his brother's 7 year old little girl, his niece in Kenya, lost her life to choking on food. So this must have hit him hard in the heart, having just lost a loved one in the same manner. I cannot stress how important it is for people to know the Heimlich maneuver and so happy that he knew how to. He is definitely a hero and he should be recognized. He is a very good man, in all ways.

Sammy and his team did a great job stepping in when our primary caretaker needed to take some time off. Sammy came in an spent the first day getting to know my father, and the rest of the care team. He is very experienced in elder care and the transition was seamless, which was a great comfortable to my father and the rest of the family. Thank you for your professionalism , input and care your provided. Definitely recommend!

I interviewed with Sammy the director for care for my 90 yr old father. Sammy was prepared and flexible in how to implement a plan for him in their home.
They are kind, and flexible with my Dad's needs and good with communication.

Happy Quest is the 3rd agency we hired to help with my Mom and despite being small and perhaps a one-man shop it was in many ways the best. Other agencies had problems finding staffing or meeting our changing needs. We had great luck finding good caregivers from Happy Quest. Sammy was very easy to reach directly rather than dealing with a big corporation. They also provided PPE when it was very difficult to find. Their costs are also quite reasonable.

I just want to send a few kind words regarding the service which was provided to my parents when we were all in a bit of a crisis. We needed care a.s.a.p. I made the first call to Happy Quest early in the Morning. Not only was it answered immediately, i found someone to come in the afternoon.....and there was NO MINIMUM three or four hour time requirement. WOW! A couple of things after that which exceeded my expectations... The staff made follow up calls to see if everything was going well, they had a staff member visit with my parents to ensure they were comfortable with the care giver, they provided the same care giver time and time again to reduce confusion. I spoke with many staff members on the phone when calling in and each and every one of them was courteous, caring and extremely helpful.

This is a very poorly run business, the owner has a heavy accent resulting in communication issues, he often gets angry and then makes weak excuses; less than truthful. Very confrontational, unpleasant behavior. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend this business.

I Liked the customer service because it was very hands on, and they were quick to resolve issues. It's a great company. The office was very easy to communicate with because someone was available no matter if it was during the day, night or weekends.
