Sammy and his team did a great job stepping in when our primary caretaker needed to take some time off. Sammy came in an spent the first day getting to know my father, and the rest of the care team. He is very experienced in elder care and the transition was seamless, which was a great comfortable to my father and the rest of the family. Thank you for your professionalism , input and care your provided. Definitely recommend!

Our caregiver is excellent. She is dependable and self motivated. She takes great care of my mom and helps with household chores. The company has been very cooperative with necessary scheduling changes.

I interviewed with Sammy the director for care for my 90 yr old father. Sammy was prepared and flexible in how to implement a plan for him in their home.
They are kind, and flexible with my Dad's needs and good with communication.
My parents both enjoy Sammy, Grace and Bernard- always gentle and understanding.

Happy Quest is the 3rd agency we hired to help with my Mom and despite being small and perhaps a one-man shop it was in many ways the best. Other agencies had problems finding staffing or meeting our changing needs. We had great luck finding good caregivers from Happy Quest. Sammy was very easy to reach directly rather than dealing with a big corporation. They also provided PPE when it was very difficult to find. Their costs are also quite reasonable.

They take care of my husband and do anything else that I ask them to do. I can't even describe how much better they make my life. They give me the freedom to go out and do what I need to do. It is a wonderful match. I would adopt my caregiver if I could.

I just want to send a few kind words regarding the service which was provided to my parents when we were all in a bit of a crisis. We needed care a.s.a.p. I made the first call to Happy Quest early in the Morning. Not only was it answered immediately, i found someone to come in the afternoon.....and there was NO MINIMUM three or four hour time requirement. WOW! A couple of things after that which exceeded my expectations... The staff made follow up calls to see if everything was going well, they had a staff member visit with my parents to ensure they were comfortable with the care giver, they provided the same care giver time and time again to reduce confusion. I spoke with many staff members on the phone when calling in and each and every one of them was courteous, caring and extremely helpful.

This is a very poorly run business, the owner has a heavy accent resulting in communication issues, he often gets angry and then makes weak excuses; less than truthful. Very confrontational, unpleasant behavior. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend this business.

I Liked the customer service because it was very hands on, and they were quick to resolve issues. It's a great company. The office was very easy to communicate with because someone was available no matter if it was during the day, night or weekends.
They were responsive to what i called about. I appreciated that owners themselves would call me personally.
