The boss is unprofessional. I used to work for her. At first I thought I was going to like this company but it turned into a nightmare really quick. She doesn't always clean with Plant based products. She told me she would provide all cleaning supplies except for rags, broom and a mop. False. She had me buy cleaning products (with chemicals) from the store to do my job. She slowly started handing me her products she makes. I still had to buy more cleaning supplies because she didn't give me enough. She doesn't stick to her motto which is clean your home safely with plant based products. Another thing, she changes the schedule everyday. The schedule is not stable. You'll look at the schedule and see that your off so you decide to get important things done, just to turn around and see you just got added on. You have to drop EVERYTHING for this company. I've been in cleaning companies that just started that have a more stable schedule than hers. She is chaotic to work for. She said she needs reliable people, well, She needs a reliable schedule. I told her I couldn't work weekends because I take care of my blind mother on the weekends (week days someone is there to help my mom). I've figured out ways to help Mercy out on some Saturday's so she isn't worried about who will clean what. I've bent backwards for this lady and it's never good enough. I've gotten so many compliments from customers saying I'm a miracle worker because I make sure everything is done the way the customer wants it. Pet fur? No problem. It will be gone when I get done. Long story short. Save yourself the headache literally. Don't work for this lady and if you want a cleaning job done. I hope you get Amy or Kim. That's all I have to say.
