Took my dog, Cinnamon, in and specifically asked for the groomer to concentrate on shredded out the coat. When I picked Cinnamon up there was still loose hair all over her. I spent two separate 30 minute sessions grooming her and got a ton of hair out. Some of her nails weren't clipped. I called with my concern and all I got was an I'm Sorry. In the spring Pet Smart did the job and the dog didn't she'd for two months!
