Eco-Friendly products:

I use Meyer's Green Clean products. Lemon Verbena tub & tile Lemon Verbena toilet Honeysuckle Multi-surface I also use traditional cleaning products as well. I use a handheld steam cleaner for bathrooms & kitchens as well as infant and children's items such as highchairs and playmats and tub toys. I use a steam mop for floors. (The only item I require clients to have on hand is a working vacuum cleaner) Due to highly allergic health reasons must be non-smoking homes. Monday - Thursdays. (Mondays are once a month cleanings) Houses between 800 - 1250 square feet up to 9 rooms: Rates: Green Cleaning rates are $18.50 per hour Traditional cleaning rates are $15.00 per hour. *Houses 1251 square feet - f500 square feet up to 9 rooms: Flat rate of $90.00 - $125.00 (4 hours max) Houses 1501 square feet to 1850 square feet up to 9 rooms: Flat rate of: $130.00 - $150.00 (4 - 5 hours max) Move in or move out cleaning is $150.00 - 499.00 depending on square footage (No hoarders unless dumpster provided to throw out) I don't clean windows or dishes, nor do I clean around clutter. I suggest if a client has a lot of clutter on dressers, nightstands, desks, bathroom counters etc to put those things in a basket or rubber made bin before I arrive. Don't delay & contact me today!
