Netty runs a terrible business. Unprofessional, rude and generally unpleasant to deal with, She tells a good story about efficiency, customer service, and other false promises. She failed to deliver on her promises.

She quit twice on me before the first cleaning hangin up the phone mid sentence. She complains loudly, irrationally, and without basis. She is quick to be defensive and sometimes does not know when to stop talking.

She may simply be in over her head, but I don't think so.

She offers and promises great references then never delivers on them giving one excuse after another.

I am glad we parted ways and suggest other stay away.

In my dealings and opinion, Nelly is rude and unprofessional, ill-mannered, and offensive. I was looking for (and have found!!) a person(s) to clean my home, someone that I can trust with total access to my home. I want a professional relationship with them, one of mutual respect, and had potential candidates come into my home, not just to look it over to give me their price for the job, but to see if there was a rapport and a comfort level between us... yes, an interview for lack of a better word regarding personal work. For me, Nelly completely lacked any business etiquette, having gotten offended (I felt it in her tone) the first time we even spoke over the phone at the mere mention of me wanting to "meet" with someone who would be unattended in my home with their own key, and entrusted with all of me and my husband's private and personal things. This did send up a red flag on my part, but after expounding on why I was requesting this, she set up a tentative appointment. I called her back to confirm because I hadn't heard from her, and I felt again she was most unprofessional, I felt that she curtly stated that she was driving (how would I have known that) and would check her schedule when she could and then get back to me, all the while short and primitive in her professional demeanor in my opinion. Yet another red flag in my mind. This all took place on a Friday afternoon. She did not get back to me by the end of business that day nor the next morning. Being considerate of both our time and knowing this wouldn't work for me, I called the next day to advise Nelly of this and make sure there wasn't an appointment dangling out there. Before I could say as much, Nelly let me know that she was going to pass because she's a company and she doesn't interview (or something to that effect), and then hung up on me. Not only does Nelly lack professionalism in my opinion, but is also ill-mannered and offensive, I believe that if you feel you are so above a potential customer's requests, then professionally, politely say so. Even dare to contact them letting them know it won't work, instead of leaving them hanging, I say. With this attitude, I can not even imagine what Nelly would be like to work with. I can only infer that she would probably be very uncooperative, unagreeable, and lack concern regarding the customer's needs. I feel sharing my opinion of this type of rudeness and unprofessionalism is the right thing.

Excellent service, well organized, and my apartment looks fantastic. She has a great sense of humor and am amazing philosophy on life. Great personality too! Excellent company and owner!

Came on time, she had a mini van full of equipment for every room. My carpets never looked cleaner, my walls are white again, my oven actually shines! My bathroom groute matches my tile WHITE! She wasnt afraid to get deep into it, used bleach with bare hands, and washed my floors with bucket an rag! My house looks FABULOUS! I signed up for monthly service! I love it!
