My name is Ms. Thomas and I am the Founder of Grasping Abundant Life Tutoring. I have been working privately with families throughout South Florida, with students ranging from grades K-12. I also work with other educators to match them withfamilies based on needs and educators' areas of expertise. Grasping Abundant Life Tutoring is a student-centered learning platform for individuals and groups. We collaborate with families, schools, and educators to foster meaningful educational experiences and support the distinct learning needs, interests, and cultural identities of all students. Our educators emphasize academic skill building, social/emotional development, and career readiness. We believe one way to bridge gaps in socioeconomic discrepancies and inequities in education systems is to ensure all young learners have access to highly trained educators and positive influencers who embrace diversity of thought, experiences, and ideas. During critical periods of academic, behavioral, and career development, these important connections can help build character and shepherd students toward positively impacting the future of our communities. Each of our educators brings a unique frame of reference to academic and social learning. Whether you are looking for a teacher to instruct your child full time, an occasional supplemental class, or regular tutoring in a specific subject area, we provide individualized, professional support and guidance for students in grades K-12. Our educators possess broad qualifying experiences in education, youth services, and alternative childcare settings - we will come to you or utilize remote technologies for one-on-one assistance via three main services: homeschool teaching, tutoring, and homework help. In order to provide committed, high quality educators who are passionate about working with kids at this time. I will do my best to work within the parameters you outline for me.
