We feel so fortunate to have found Ephie at Golden Tender Heart. Ephie goes so far above with her caring, kindness and compassion for our Mom. Any family that has to search for outside help in caring for elderly parents knows how hard this choice is. We took a leap of faith with Ephie and she is absolutely wonderful. She is more than we had hoped for when she began her visits months ago. Her background in memory care management has been a bonus for our family.

Ephie was so kind and caring with my dad and provided excellent care. My father didn't look forward to much in his final weeks - except for Ephie's visit. She was a God send.

She is sincere polite understanding and family oriented
She is prompt and happy in mood,we are much much happy with her help since long and expecting her good health to provide her help for future as long as we live .We are both 80+ disabled using walkers all the times and that with her help we feel happy .
