In December of 2017 I had them come and clean my carpet. They got bright pink/purple solution on the carpet at the time. To cover it up they cut holes in my carpet. I tried to file a claim with their insurance company but they would not cover it. I still have holes in my carpet and it needs to be replaced. I am asking that the company take care of this ASAP! I have been more than patient about this.

I wouldn't give this company any stars but i makes you give at least one
They are NOT state licensed through DPOR or SCC it BBB as they claim
The owner Antonio Jeffery came to my home and dumped buckets of water w chemical straight into my rug destroying the carpet and padding
When asked for his insurance to file a claim I find out from his insurer he's not got coverage
When asked to make it right he makes further excuses! Now left to peruse legal action against him
