Geras is an excellent home healthcare company. Everyone I have spoken to including the owners appear to be very hands on and takes the time to make sure the patients are happy and most importantly that things are being handled properly and professionally. Over the years, I have not had any bad experiences or complaints. I feel that my case manager, Dominique, is always available to me via phone or text. Whenever I text or call, I always receive a response. Dominque, always checks in with me when I am hospitalized and when I return home. It is good to have an agency that appears to genuinely care for their patients and willing to advocate for their best interest.

I used Geras Home Care after transferring from another company. The experience is very unique compared to any other. When you use their service the information you receive is invaluable. They got a new tub put in so my Mom could get a shower. They know what is available and they advocate for you.

Geras Home Care took care of my mother. They were excellent in regards to communication, experience and addressing all her needs. The company is not a franchise and the owners are very hands on and compassionate about what they do.
