Thinking of hiring a cleaning service for your home or business in the Sycamore-DeKalb area? Take a hard pass on
Absolutely terrible service! From terrible cleaning, poor attitude to questionable business practices, this is one "company" to say NO! to. Had to pay half upfront ($350) to get the whole house cleaning appointment, then when the owner (professed not to be a cleaner) couldn't finish even a fourth of the house in a day, was forced to pay another $250 to "get the best cleaner we have" (the owner). Returned two days later and quit the job after two rooms and very below-average performance. Did not like us pointing out things he didn't do or did poorly and said there was "negative energy" in the house. Promised to refund $250 and we're still waiting. Will likely take this sham artist to court to try to get something back. Good luck getting ahold of them too -- they avoid phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
