About the business
I have been caring for animals for 30 years. I started working with large animals at a very young age, mainly horses. I showed and evented horses for 12 years. During 8 of the 12 years I managed stables and worked on a dairy farm for several years to follow.
After graduating high school, I continued my education at Harcum Junior Collage for Animal Health Technician, during that time I worked for a small animal veterinarian. I've also studied Spots Massage Therapy for Equines and Canines, Animal Communications and had an internship with Judith S., renowned Veterinarian/Chiropractor for horses and dogs in the Nottingham, Pa area.
There was a demand for pet sitting, so I want to provide a service for that need. I've been pet sitting in the West Chester, PA area for over 15 years, since 1995.
In November 2009, I turned my pet sitting service over to my son and moved down to Davie, Florida. I am excited to start a new service in Davie, I have 3 labs of my own which you may see us running through the dog parks and beaches. I hope they adjust well to Florida living. They love getting out and about.
