I'm absolutely speechless. One dog is "okay" the other I don't even have words to describe. She doesn't look like herself or even smell good. The groomer was very sweet and told me she was new and "still learning what clippers to use". How do you send out a groomer alone that clearly doesn't know what she is doing yet? She also cut her on the elbow and left a knot on her ear which is just unacceptable. And to make matters worse she dumped the hair trimmings out in my complexes parking lot.
