This Company Needs some major adjustments!!!! I only stayed because I was afraid to work anywhere else during the coronavirus pandemic. Whoever is over payroll is doing a horrible job They always get our checks wrong but they will adjust it if you can prove they messed up on their end. Then they make you wait until the next check in order to receive it which is really wrong because it should be placed on your checking account immediately. Friendly Care has also sent me a client without calling the client prior to my visit, Yes I've had so many clients that never expected my home visit because No one From Friendlycare gives them notice prior to my visit so either I waste gas money or I'm shorted hours and I'm never reimbursed for the time I wasted to drive halfway across town for possible work!

By far the WORST "company I've ever worked for!! I have been with them for over 5 months and have hated every minute of it! I only continue working for them because i have a small child and this job was a quick fix... (so I thought!!) I have both numbers to the Columbus line and Cincinnati line and every time I call I get lied to, sent to voicemail, get put on hold for lord only knows how long, an attitude when they do answer and the list goes on. SEVERAL of my paychecks have been INCORRECT and you know what they say when I confront them?!?! "It'll be on the next check" HAHA guess what's never on the next check?!? MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!! They have two forms of clocking in and out the app on your phone and clocking in and out on the clients phone. Without knowing this would be a problem I clocked in and out on the app the whole first few months I was there and come to find out all of those days were never even accounted for... so they always make me drive 30 MINUTES from where I live to grab the time sheets I have to fill out for the "days missed" that were never missed but was their mistake it wasn't accounted for just to have to turn around and drive right back to turn them in. Mind you you don't get reimbursed for that or any driving you do at all!! And even after I fill out the time sheets and take them to my clients to sign them as well you'd never believe somehow they're still not accounted for. The lady who sees over the accounting and management or whatever,Julie, she's also a joke! She never answers your calls let alone returns a voice mail!! They only call when they need you to do something for them! I am so fed up with these unprofessional assholes and I can not wait until I can find another job!! I wouldn't recommend this hellhole to anyone!!
