Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. A previous pet sitter that I had found on Care,com (and loved) had recently gone to work for this company and signed a non-compete so I was no longer able to contract with her directly. She had spoken to the owner who indicated that I needed to schedule through the company but that that they would hold the dates that I had requested of my pet sitter. Apparently, that wasn't exactly accurate. I spoke with the owner herself this afternoon who was more concerned with whether I was in her service area than trying to accommodate the current pet sitting need that I had (my requested pet sitter was available for the dates in question). She ended the call indicating that she did not want to work with someone like me and promptly hung up. Not my idea of customer service.

Four Dog Paws did such a great job! I was in a pinch with our grandmother in the hospital and needed a dog sitter very last minute (less than a day's notice). Not only were they able to help but they texted me pictures of the pups every night and gave me great updates. They also had no problem when I needed to extend my trip last minute, too. They were very trustworthy and my pups were in excellent shape when I returned. I'll be using them for any future pet sitting needs, and you should too!
