This has to be a scam. The business model is a pathetic no person to person phone or chat interface, only 12-24 email exchange turnarounds. They charged me and my free family member separate voucher costs and refuse to even discuss removing one, they just keep sending me instructions on how to access my dashboard. Emma in particular, has to be a fake name because no one could be that stupid, was extremely rude and un yielding in Homeaglow and Forever Clean culpability, always blaming the customer. Pathetic Company that will not be in business long. If you continue to use this service after reading this review and all the others, you deserve all the shlt you are going to go through to try and extricate yourself from this pathetic excuse for a cleaning services model

Agree with the other review saying this place is a scam. DO NOT give them your credit card. 100% shady business with cleaners that don't show up and they will start billing you a membership fee after your cleaning even if you select a 1 time cleaning service to use your 3 hour voucher. Cleaners can even stay late past your initial 3 hour voucher and your card is automatically charged. The only way to cancel is to agree to be charged a $210 cancellation fee. It's ridiculous.
