My daughter became a client of Forecastle in January of 2020. Nancy Okyere conducted the interview. My daughter has needed caregivers in one capacity or another since 1993 and I have to say no one was more thorough than Nancy. I love the fact that she stressed the importance of the client's happiness and well-being. She sent us a caregiver that is a godsend - she goes above and beyond the call of duty for my daughter. The staff is extremely professional but more importantly they genuinely care about their clients. I highly recommend them to anyone needing in-home health care.
