Although my home was left clean, it was not neat, the problems getting there were frustrating and physically exhausting. The owner of the business misrepresented her involvement and the ability of her cleaner, to clean and to understand English. Flor of Yes Cleaning assured me that her employee Ava could understand English but could not carry on a conversation. Not true in any sense, The cleaner not only could not understand any English, she was NOT an experienced housekeeper. The cleaner could not problem-solve the most basic logistic issues to get the job done. She was read to clean a small bathroom with an 18" mop (for the kitchen) without removing the wastebasket or small rack on wheels. Both mops were in plain site in the cleaning utility cupboard. Since she could not understand directions, I had to physically move items and demonstrate what was needed. I called the owner but she did not call back. I am recovering from recent surgery so the language barrier caused more difficulty than usual. At the end of a grueling day the cleaner motioned that she was finished. Not so; I found bathroom towels in a pile on my bed, cleaning supplies left out and not cleaned out or rinsed out as required for drying and putting away, beds sloppily made, and wastepaper baskets full in my bedroom. I paid the service the agreed price of $100 because I let the employee 'finish' the job. Unfortunately, the business owner's values and her word are unreliable at best. I do not recommend Florecita's Yes Cleaning.
