I am frustrated at this company. They did ok for two weeks then the problems started. The caregiver started showing up late and leaving early. I called the owner Kristi and told her these problems and so we made a call with the caregiver "Lace" to ask about why she was late and not doing the full two hours. She denied all of it, calling my mom a liar. The thing is, the owner of the company took the side of her employee and her only solution was that to cancel service. Well, I did not like anything about the phone call and so I agreed to cancel.
Bottom line be weary of this company, and I would not recommend this company. I would give them zero stars, but that is not an option.
