First step has been great for helping care for my dad. He is handicapped and incontinent and they do an excellent job caring for him. The highlight of working with First Step is their responsiveness. I've been in contact with other providers who may take a full day to get back to you. First Step responds promptly. Another highlight is their flexibility. My fathers discharge date from the hospital was uncertain and they were so understanding and make adjustments to the last minute needs

My mom has been a client of First Step for a couple weeks now. They have been punctual ( a big deal for me who is a bit OCD and living 1100 miles away) attentive, caring, and have gone out of thier way to keep my mother who will be 91 this month in the home that she loves. They respond to messages of concern immediately and put my mind at ease. This is the first time we've needed to have someone to provide care that we are unable to do for mom. We are delighted that we found First Step Love and Care Providers.
