We realize your ability to maintain your independence and continue to live in your own home will always be your first choice. However, if there comes a time, due to illness or a recent hospitalization, that you are unable to maintain the house on your own, Fairways Helping Hands will come in and help you to stay in your home. Or if you are a caregiver and you need some time to yourself, we can come in and offer some respite care. If you don 't take care of yourself, youwill have a hard time taking care of your loved one. If you have just recently had hip or knee surgery we can come in and make any adjustments to the furniture that your doctor recommends. If you have a same day surgery scheduled, we will send a companion with you to the hospital, she will come home with you, pick up any prescriptions, fix meals, and stay for 8 to 24 hours. <br/> <br/>Being at ease with being at home ...
