I am a certified life coach looking to help, motivate and inspire individuals to accomplish personal or professional goals. Simply put my job and focus will be to get you from where you are to where you want to be. This will be accomplished through amultitude of coaching strategies different from therapy focusing only on the present and the future not the past.
