I was referred to Exceptional Service Home Care Agency from a neighbor. I contacted Ms. Eason to inquire about home care services for my mother. My mother needed help with personal care, meals, traveling and companionship. Speaking to Ms. Eason on the phone about the services my mother needed, figuring out a schedule that worked with my budjet and working out a start date. Choosing EXceptional Service Home Care Agency was the best decision for my mother, myself and my family.
PS, before I sign off I have to mention the owner of the agency Sandy eason. She has such a nice personality and her employees does a really great job.

It seems like the owner does not know how to run a business and I know for a fact that she was unable to pay her employees. The owner got kicked out of her office space for inability to pay her rent.

It is unfortunate that you feel this way and if you feel that there is any discrepancy in pay please contact the agency or have the person that made the complaint contact the office because I dont know who you are and believe you were never employed with us. We will be happy to go over our records and rectify any unintentional wrong.

Sandy and her staff have been a God send. They are punctual, professional, and we love them like family. They have been amazing in helping with all of my disabled, middle aged sister's needs. Sandy goes above and beyond. She is absolutely the salt of the earth and I am so fortunate to have found her through care.com

Sandy provided excellent care for my mother in law. She went out of her way to be helpful and was very kind to her. My mother in law thought she was wonderful!

Owner does not pay her employees, cannot contact her, does not know how to run a company and everything she does is illegal. Classes are a joke.
