At Evergreen Personal Care, our Caregivers are especially trained and experienced in Dementia and Alzheimer care for Seniors  and the Elderly in the community  and  the  Houston area and its surroundings  since 2017 .  
We also provide services  in Group Homes, Supervised Living, Community Care and Respite for Individuals with Physical Challenges and Mental Disabilities with Home &amp; Community Based Services and Texas Home Living  since 2013.

My mother was living at the Tradition Buffalo Speedway and caught covid there, testing positive on 6/9/22, after being triple vaxed. I was told I needed to come get her for a week! That's an impossible move for someone with advanced Alzheimer's. I was told that Evergreen could take care of her. What a mistake that was. My mom was supposed to have 24/7 by their staff for the last 6 days of her life. I had to tell them through my mom's Ring camera how to take care of Mama and also told them in person constantly how to care for mom. There was a huge communication issue as they had very heavy accents and I am sure they could not understand me either. On June 18th, my niece called me screaming that my mother had fallen out of her bed as witnessed on the Ring camera in her room. I started screaming through the camera, but no one was in there. Only my mom on her back on the floor. The Evergreen caregiver was gone for a total of 9 minutes supposedly using the restroom. All she had to do was ask someone to watch my mother. My mom died the next day. Yes, she probably would have died from covid, but the care given her was so poor and accelerated her death. She suffered greatly from that fall.

Evergreen is truly an exceptional care provider. The staff is attentive, friendly, & effective. I trust them with my family!

HORRIBLE CARE TAKER!!! Beware of who get as a care taker, we got the WORST care taker ever! Our family friend has Colorectal cancer and has been struggling so much. This care taker was on her phone ALL DAY, was constantly talking on the phone, doesn't clean up after herself (didn't flush the toilet after using the restroom), she also left the room freezing cold, didn't even change her diaper so she was sitting all day on a dirty diaper, and to make matters worse she lost the car keys and the house keys !! She says she "left them on the table," but we aren't really believing that because she was clearly bothered by us constantly telling what she do because what she was doing was completely wrong !! I am infuriated by this lady, this company really needs to look at who they're hiring because what this lady was doing was LITERAL ELDER ABUSE!!! This lady obviously was upset at us and took out on an innocent elderly person who is very sick, it makes me sick to my stomach that someone like this is working for this company!!! We already talked with the lady but I think everyone should know about this because this is beyond ridiculous. So if the car gets stolen or her house gets robbed, she is the person to blame !!

I hope other users do their research before choosing a company.  The Medicare website lets you compare home health agencies.

Talk about great customer service & personal care! Evergreen truly takes the above and beyond approach when caring for your family, and their caregivers are so skilled in a variety of safety measures, Evergreen is family now!!!!

1.  Caretaker did not want to use her own car, "because she did not want no problems with the law. " 
2.  CARETAKER.. got lost with my expensive vehicle in the garage and did not know how to get out of garage to pick me up.
3.  After nurses in facility helped her find me in wheelchair with a nurse caring for me, in hot garage, she proceeded to DRIVE AND TEXT MY CAR.  I told her not in my vehicle.  Horrible!!!
2.  Owner of company assumed I was a "Trump supporter"... and called on telephone stating horrible remarks about the Obama administration not doing anything for her, etc. as an African American.
 
ASTONISHED AND SHOCKED!
These folks don't like using or telling their last names either.

RESEARCH OWNER FIRST PLEASE before using.
