ETS is not reliable. The tutor my child was given complained about being over worked by ETS. The tutors name was Tom and was a professor at LB university. Tom was so unprofessional with all his complaining and he was also late. He blamed it on being overbooked by ETS. Tom than suggested he could change the day and time and he was unfortunately unable to also make his own arrangements on time or would never call to say he couldn't make it. Do not choose/hire these people. ETS never called me back! The district was notified about this. I really hope they stope ETS from being a tutoring provider next year!
