This agency will not call when an aide is not coming , and they will not respond any of their call though I left several messages. I don't why they ask to leave a message. Today is labor my mother's aide did not show up and there no call as well. They need to re visit their mission, they to know the clients are sick because and not such by choices. They need to know the care taker's activity count on them as well.
This not the first time, it's a third time .
They told me an aide is coming for 5 hours and they told the aide 4 hours . Please fix your business strategy before people complain to higher up for you .
