Horrendous Experience with Ella Shinning Cleaning Nightmare
Where do I even begin with the absolute disaster that is Ella Shinning Cleaning Company? This so-called "service" was a nightmare from start to finish, and I'm left feeling utterly ripped off and disgusted.
To say that their communication is abysmal would be an understatement. It's like they have no idea what professionalism even means. Messages were ignored, and when they did bother to respond, it was with the attitude of someone who couldn't care less about their customers.
Their incompetence didn't end there. The cleaning crew showed up hours late, as if my time was worthless to them. And the work they did? Well, I've seen better cleaning from a toddler with a rag. I swear, they probably did more harm than good. I found dirt and grime in places they were supposed to clean. It's like they were blindfolded while doing the job.
When I had the audacity to complain, their response was a mix of arrogance and indifference. They brushed off my concerns as if they were inconvenienced by my dissatisfaction.
