Do not hire this agency. My experience was shockingly terrible. Efrance seems like a very kind person but runs an extremely disorganized, irresponsible business. She would routinely avoid replying to calls, emails, and texts when something was wrong. Caregivers were not briefed about my father's case, though Efrance would claim they were. I could barely get her to even send a schedule of caregivers so that my father would know who was entering his home each day. Additionally, she was defensive any time I provided feedback in the hope of improving the situation. Caregivers were inappropriate. One tried (and occasionally succeeded) to work fewer hours than assigned, leaving my father alone. One complained to my dad about needing to work more hours because of financial problems. One had to be reassigned because she kept doing mildly inappropriate things. Once she no longer worked with us, she called and texted me many times and then showed up unannounced at my father's house....and tried to hug him. I stayed with this agency because I had never needed caregivers before, so I didn't know any better. Now that I work with a different agency, I'm shocked at what Efrance gets away with.
