We were very grateful for the very kind and excellent care Mona and her staff provided for our elderly mom in the last years of her life. My sister is a retired social worker/eldercare professional, and was very rigorous and vigilant in our process of choosing of caretakers for our mother. Mona worked tirelessly to train her staff well and to make sure that skilled, intelligent, empathetic, experienced, and caring individuals were available to help day or night, and often on short notice. Communications were always swift and effective. We frequently had to expand our mother's hours of care after she fell or had increasing physical setbacks, and Mona always swiftly came to the rescue. The round-the-clock care regime for our mother was demanding emotionally and physically, and Mona and her staff met the challenges with grace, warmth, and understanding. Their pricing is also very reasonable. We felt blessed to have found Mona's agency, and are forever indebted to them for their extraordinary care of our mother.
