I have been working for Elanora Home care agency as a home careAide for about a year and a half. I enjoy working for this agency. The bosses are very nice to me, and the clients, and they are understanding as well. If I ever need a day off or to change my hours they are flexible with the schedules. One person I work for talks very highly of this agency as well. He likes the fact that if no one comes to his house, Elanora home care picks him up, and brings him to the daycare center they have so he wont be alone. Nice people, and they really do care about others!

The two women who run these services are completely unorganized, lack communication with their clients as well as employees. Not a business you should consider when needing care for a parent. They hire people who are lazy possibly due to the lack of pay, not quite sure. I have contacted them more than once with a lack of a response from them. Not trustworthy. As long as they get their money that is all they care for !

I have retained the services of Eleonora's Homecare Companion LLC for over five years. This company has always treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. I need assistance 7 days a week and this company has never failed me. Previous companies have charged me too much, demanded more hours, and sent caregiver that were a poor fit or unreliable. Eleonora's Homemaker Companion LLC has a compassionate and professional staff that have been instrumental to my ability to live a healthy, happy, and independent lifestyle!

I had the good fortune of working with Eleonora's Homecare Companion LLC and its ethical staff. The company went beyond teh goals that I had expected, she and her staff are highly motivated, devoted, and their compassion level is above and beyond my expectations. She contributes a level of comfort and understanding to the people in her care. I find that she and her staff are very dependable, responsible, and dedicated! I would highly recommend Eleonora's Homecare Companion LLC to any of my family and/or friends that are looking for a service to care for their loved ones.

Dear Madam: I am very saddened by the fact that you have suffered a property loss; However; choosing a public forum to address your legal dilemma is unfair and deeply disturbing. Sometime in 2017, I received a call from a strange woman accusing me of hitting her car and demanding that I hand over my insurance information. Alarmed, confused, and shocked I directed you to please call the police and first make a report as I did not hit your car, nor do I even know what type of car you own! State law requires that when you are involved in an accident, police need to be notified right away. If there is injury, death, or property damage a call to Police is required under the law. Please tell me why you did not do this? You found my Eleonora's Homecare Companion LLC telephone number on the side of my parked car outside of ST. Francis Hospital and decided to single handedly conclude that the damage on your car was somehow caused by me or my parked empty vehicle. First, I have never been in an accident in my life. I have zero damage to my car. My car was parked and I was nowhere in sight when you called me demanding my insurance information. Madam, this is a legal dilemma for the courts to decide. I kindly urge you to call the police and file a report and let the courts settle this matter. I am sorry for your troubles but you cannot simply call a person and demand that they provide information and pay for the damage to your vehicle merely because they are parked next to you on the street. Thank you, Eleonora

I know nothing about the company, but Eleonara seems to not care much about other people since she hit the back of my car while parking outside of a hospital. When I tried to confront her via phone, she denied the event (despite photographic proof) and refused to provide me her information to submit a claim (despite her name and phone number being displayed on the side of her van) and instead hung up on me and ignored any of my further calls. I would hope someone who runs a homecare agency would have some moral conscience and would at the very least apologize for such an event, however, if she could not do this for such a minor accident I do not know what this will mean about how she takes care of your loved ones. Just my thought.
