Hello I strongly advise that you be very careful and ask a lot of questions. And from time to time check up on your caregiver to make sure she's actually doing what she says she's doing. This is my first time having a caregiver and she was very nice. But she also was very lazy and did not know how to wash the dishes, they were still dirty I would have to rewash them after she left. She ruined my clothes, and I bought her a bunch of the cleaning supplies that she requested and it's not cheap I'm on a fixed income. And she only used one of the supplies one time of the four times that she was here. The fourth time she only was here for about an hour and 15 minutes. And then when you talk to the company? It's all a bunch of Lies because they said they spoke to my technician about everything. She did not know anything that was going on? So be very careful who you let in your house and really check out the company as in references Etc.

EDsy Home Care has helped us immensely. From the first day we started using them they have gone above and beyond what I expected them to do. Davy and Esmeralda have several years of experience with elder care and they suggested many especially important things that I knew nothing about. Esmeralda and Davy have been great to work with in getting some care set up for my mom. Not being in the state makes it a little more challenging but they have been a great help with answering questions and sending forms and paperwork needed to get the process going. I look forward to a good experience with home care for my mom. Having never done this I was worried at first but it's been pretty easy. If you are looking for home care then give them a call or email and I am sure they will help out as they have helped me.
