I asked Ricardo and his crew for help cleaning my home prior to the walkthrough of the buyer's the day before closing. Certain tasks that we had agreed upon were overlooked. They did not clean the bathroom floors as agreed and missed cleaning two Kitchen cupboards and the top of the refrigerator. Ricardo offer to return and finish but by then the buyers were already walking through the house. To try and make up for this he sent me a gift certificate for Eco mop but I am moving out of state so what am I supposed to do with that? I will say that the refrigerator was a masterpiece but all in all I would say Eco mop fell short of my expectations and was not worth the entire fee that I paid them. I feel I am owed a partial refund especially of the tip.

RICARDO license plate driver cant keep his eyes on the road almost crashed into me. How about having an adult drive instead of clowns.
