The provider has cleaned my house on 5 different occasions. The past two times have not been satisfactory. My master bedroom was not dusted, the microwave was not cleaned out, the upstairs bathroom still had toothpaste on the faucet from where the kids brushed their teeth this morning, and this was just some of the things we found wrong. When my husband called to speak to the owner, she did not seem interested in righting the situation. She did not offer to come and fix the problems, an apology, nothing. When we told her that we no longer would need her services, she said, "ok" and hung up on my husband before he could even discuss a refund. I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone who seeks thoroughness or customer service.
