E.L.I. Homecare provides respite, companion, and home healthcare services to the elderly, disabled adults and children, chronically ill and new mothers. We perform a thorough background check on all employees to ensure the best caregivers are hired to meet the family's needs. We also contact the client's medical provider so that the appropriate plan of care is generated for the homecare services. In addition, we will contact long-term and private insurance companies for authorizations, payments and if possible, appeals to get the services that the client needs. We accept private pay as well and a special discount for those who pay for monthly services upfront. E.L.I homecare's staff was very professional, caring and showed empathy for my family. They provided skilled caregivers to take care of my father while he was recovering from a fall. The Management Staff helped me feel at ease as well because they were always available for questions or concerns. If I left a message I received a call back shortly. I would recommend this agency to anyone that is looking for quality, efficient and compassionate care for thier loved ones.

I love ELI Homecare Agency because I have seen the special care that this agency has shown. E.L.I. Homecare Agency is a very caring facility. I know on a personal level that your love ones will received the up most attention. I also have see first hand the way Eli is taken care of by his parents Felicia and Brian, its a loving environment and they will never take your love ones for granted.

My experience with E. L. I. Agency is on a personal level, I have watched over the years as the owners of this business has enacted with their own special needs child, they are caring and have patience which I have the upmost respect.
Their child is a very happy little boy, and they work very closely with him to give him every advantage to be as independent as possible.
They will do the same for any child or adult who is left t in their care. They are very professional and will put you at ease on giving you the right treatment for your child or adult. I would trust my mother in their care as that is how much faith I have in them.

My experience with E.L.I. Homecare Agency has been a very positive one. The owners/staff were very helpful in designing a care plan that fit my needs perfectly with regards to providing care for my elderly mom. The Agency is always available to answer any questions, or concerns I might have, and the software they use makes it easy to keep track of my caregivers. I would highly recommend this Agency to friends/relatives who are looking to provide services to their loved one.
