We ve provided skilled nursing and personal attendant care since 1987. Our intention is to help clients and their loved ones stay at home for as long as possible by preventing unnecessary hospitalizations or other facility placements. Our mission is to provide a continuum of quality patient care in the home with the emphasis on personal attention and caring for our patients and their families.

Our personal care attendants (PCAs) and companions are all screened and trained. All of our PCAs are underregularsupervision to make sure that they comply with all company, local and state agency policies. All of our PCAs are screened and background checked and we reference check and verify previous employment as well. We offer the following Personal Attendant Care: Bathing/Personal Hygiene Home Management Dressing Oral Care Shaving Skin Care Hair Care Elimination Mop/Sweep Floor Vacuum/Dust Clean Bedrooms, Bath and Kitchen Laundry/Linens Grocery Shopping Diet Meal Planning Meal Preparation Feeding (if necessary) Assistance with Medications Assistance with Exercises Assistance with Ambulation and Transfers 4-to-24 hour Supervision and Observation Transportation Case Management services are provided at no additional cost and include monthly spot-checks. Services are provided from 4-to-24 hours per day in Los Angeles County, 2 to 24 hours per day in Las Vegas. We accept Private Pay, Long-Term Care Insurance and Worker s Compensation Insurance in both locations and Medicaid in Las Vegas only. All staff are fully employed, insured and bonded. Our experienced Registered nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical nurses (LPNs) are all educated and trained to provide patients with the care that they need in their home. Our nurses are focused on helping patients achieve positive outcomes so that they can regain a level of independence.
